About Us

Spiritan Centre for Empowerment and Humanitarian Support

The centre, Libertas House, is a legally owned project of the Congregation of the Holy Ghost Fathers and Brothers- Spiritans. It is founded in 2024 by Fr. Samuel Udogbo, C.S.Sp. Libertas House is motivated blue prints including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the African Union’s (AU), Agenda 2063-The Africa We Want and other Regional Economic Community Initiatives. by the strong belief and commitment to improving the human condition and the status of communities that are bypassed and left behind in the implementation of the existing global and regional

What We Do

We take broad ownership of our services blueprints and translate them into practice to attain not only global goals but other emerging issues. We aim to help facilitate this engagement in the following areas

Peace Education

Education is the ultimate empowerment tool for children, families and communities. We train students about peace, focusing on conflict resolution, forgiveness, violence prevention, and ecological sustainability. We promote peace in schools and equip students with skills to thrive in violent environments, and we build resilience in children, families and communities
