The centre, Libertas House, is a legally owned project of the Congregation of the Holy Ghost Fathers and Brothers- Spiritans. It is founded in 2024 by Fr. Samuel Udogbo, C.S.Sp. Libertas House is motivated blue prints including the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), the African Union’s (AU), Agenda 2063-The Africa We Want and other Regional Economic Community Initiatives. by the strong belief and commitment to improving the human condition and the status of communities that are bypassed and left behind in the implementation of the existing global and regional
